We have found a wonderful resource to help everyone to get a better understanding of car restraint safety. It is a free training module and we are encouraging all educators that transport children in their vehicles to participate and review every 12 months with the first training to be completed by September 30^th 2022.

 The training takes you through the appropriate way to install a child car seat, how to assess the child for the seat and also life-spans of car seats and belts and when they should be replaced.

 A certificate will be provided on completion. Please forward it to vipfdc@vipfdc.com.au for retention on your file.

 You can access the training through the VIP website at www.vipfdc.com.au and click on Members, then Lessons. There is one set up for 2022, and we will renew it every year to keep our training's refreshed and up to date with current guidelines and innovations in safety equipment.
